These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flaito and its services. By accessing or using Flaito, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the service.

• •"Service": The Flaito platform, including all features, content, and functionalities
• •"User": You, the person accessing and using the Service
• •"Account": Your user profile and associated data
• •"Trip": Your flight plan posted on the Service
• •"Match": A connection between two or more users with compatible trips
• •"Content": Any messages, data, or information you create on the Service

To use Flaito, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• •Not be prohibited by applicable law from using the Service
• •Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

As a user of Flaito, you agree to:

• •Use the Service only for its intended purpose: finding ride-sharing partners to and from airports
• •Provide accurate trip details (airport, flight date, flight time)
• •Treat other users with respect and comply with our Safety Guidelines
• •Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behaviour
• •Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• •Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorised access
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

You may not:

• •Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• •Share hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content
• •Attempt to deceive other users (fake profiles, fraudulent trips, etc.)
• •Solicit payment outside the platform or offer services unrelated to ride-sharing
• •Share sensitive personal information in chat (addresses, phone numbers, payment details)
• •Engage in sexual harassment or inappropriate behaviour
• •Threaten, blackmail, or coerce other users
• •Share others' personal information without consent
• •Violate intellectual property rights
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, or other reasons. We are not liable for any disruption or unavailability of the Service.

Flaito is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

Flaito does not verify user identities, flight bookings, or the accuracy of trip information. We recommend:

• •Confirming your match's details before sharing personal information
• •Meeting only in public areas (airports)
• •Asking verification questions (airline, terminal, luggage, etc.)
• •Trusting your instincts — cancel or block any user who makes you uncomfortable
• •Using your platform profile (ratings, history) as a guide to trustworthiness

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •Flaito is not liable for disputes, injuries, accidents, or losses arising from user-to-user interactions
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months (if any)
• •We do not guarantee compatibility between users or successful ride coordination
• •You use the Service at your own risk

Meeting a stranger carries inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety during trips.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flaito, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your use of the Service
• •Your interaction with other users
• •Your breach of applicable laws

Any disputes arising from your use of Flaito shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdictions where the Service operates.

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution with us before initiating legal action. Contact hello@flaito.io to resolve disputes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• •Violate these Terms or our Safety Guidelines
• •Engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behaviour
• •Receive multiple negative ratings or reports
• •Become subject to suspension under our Ratings policy (3+ negative ratings)

Termination is effective immediately. You may not re-register with the same email address for 30 days after deletion.

All content, features, and functionality of Flaito (including logos, design, text, code) are owned by Flaito or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your account data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data to operate the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
